Each accepted paper must has a full registration.

Terms & Conditions
Each accepted paper requires at least one Full Registration. If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each paper individually.
The registration confirmation and tax invoice will be automatically emailed to the delegate upon successful registration. If you have any issues getting the tax invoice, please reach out to Kathleen Williamson at bigk@uq.edu.au for assistance.
For the invitation letter requests, delegates need to contact Kathleen Williamson directly by emailing bigk@uq.edu.au. The specific requirements for the visa will vary depending on the delegate's home country.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Kathleen Williamson at bigk@uq.edu.au. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
1. Cancellations received on or before 28 November 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations received on or after 28 November are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable.
3. All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds cannot be made on credit card merchant fees charged at the time of the booking.
